Common passwords, otherwise known as really crappy passwords should never ever be used by you. You would be surprised to know that these are the most common 505 passwords used by people on their computers and on the internet.  Let us repeat… never ever use a common password such as the ones found below. Instead use a high quality online password generator or a safe password generator to generate you passwords. This will help you avoid common passwords and all the problems that come along with them.

If you insist on on generating your own passwords, avoid common passwords by following this advice. Never use your own birthday (or any date which might have significance for you). Never use people’s names (or any name that might have significance for you). Never use any personal information such as your license plate number, your social security number or your phone number. Never use dictionary words, words in any language that can be found in a dictionary or on the Internet or words or phrases from books, films, poems, songs (song lyrics), or famous speeches. Never use dictionary words where you slightly modify those words such as using the same word backwards or concatenating two words (big + dog = bigdog) or concatenating two words with a punctuation character in between (big + $ + dog = big$dog).

People are so predictable that most hackers make use of lists of common passwords just like the one below. That’s all they need to hack into tens of thousands of computer user’s accounts. If you see your password on this common password list, please change it immediately. Every password listed here has been used by at least hundreds if not thousands of other people.
